The Role

This job is for someone who revels in a challenge. You will have (supported) autonomy to get sh*t done from day one. You’ll own all our clients that have signed up to a service including desk-based account management and the implementation of that function for the business.

Your day-to-day will be focused on improving month-on-month income from your accounts so you need to be able to manage yourself and your time, be well-organised and self-motivating so that you can work autonomously and under your own initiative. You’ll be an ambassador of the business, so understanding key targets and customers will be your first priority on joining.

To break it down clearly, the crux of what you’ll be doing is:

  • Managing new and existing clients and building relationships over the phone.
  • Ensuring that order levels are increasing from those clients and that they enjoy working with us.
  • Retaining and improving income from those clients.
  • Obtaining genuine great feedback from those customers.
 

Personal Skills

You’re curious above all else, you’re confident, results-focused and non-traditional; you’re enthusiastic and energetic, approachable with good telephone manner and previous experience of account management/telephone sales (estate agency industry knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement) and you’re looking for a job which will keep you creative and keep you challenged.
